In some rare instances there may be some delay or difficulty in getting a VM to boot, this can be caused by a number of issues.
On these occasions it is important that you do not submit multiple reboot or "Force Off" requests via the GUI. Continually requesting reboots when a VM is booting has the potential to cause irreparable data corruption.
If you're having trouble accessing your server externally we recommend attempting to access it via the KVM Console built into our interface. Here is how you can access the KVM Console of your server.
If your VM is not accessible after 15 minutes, please contact our support team and we will look into it urgently for you.
